Nothing 02:23
You don't care about me And I don't care about you You mean nothing And I mean nothing to you Nothing! Nothin... You got to say it all And then, I got to say nothing You got to build it all And I got to build nothing It's the same old, same old, same old What does it take to you Realize that you're piece of lousy Piece of lousy Lousy, no good for nothin You suck You suck bad You offering nothing You give me nothing Show me nothing Take And take again You took it all Left me with this

As You Were 04:51
You've had your time to talk Now it's time for you to stop Stopping being who you are You've had your time to lead Now it's time to let it go Let go of the power to control You've pushed us all around For far too long and now You need to go away You've kept us all divided Misguide and sadly Not one of you worthy to lead Command your cadres to execute The prime dysfunction Eliminating originality and creativity To sell the designs that fit your Mode of perpetual greed In the hands of doctors, lawyers, and politicians They all bow to the enormous vacuum Sucking the life out of the rest of us It is not about truth anymore Or life and liberty and the pursuit happiness But rather to worship At the feet of shear incompetence Your generation...

Froth 04:22
They find a way to load the weight on your back Until they see fit to the fact that they do not need you You will secretly hate them Unknowingly holding up their bright banners Always making up for the tired and old So full of hype and misinformation They seek pleasure and ways to add on So full of themselves And they take such pride in themselves about it Those bellowing offspring You can see their mouths full of froth Licking their lips wanting to deceive you They will push and pull, jerk, and jar They blind you from and bend the truth To get their way They are so full themselves Here they come to save the day Taking all they can Got to give it back They push and pull to get their way Always their way But they will make you think you don't even try

Glacial IDs 02:27
I suspect with your head Shoved up your posterior cleft It has to be really warm down there Another stroke of inadvertent genius All the more reason for you To tell the rest of us how to live Thank God you were born Or no one would know what to do About anything Control, control What is it with this power You freaks seem to love it so They wave their fist in the air Like a little thing they call compassion It's some kind of disease We try but we can't look away I want to see them in the streets Putting on the sleeves of the children Their left there to die No way they sense right or wrong It's going to stand in their way Now that you've made wrong so fashionably right

Lo Jinx 04:57
Lackluster and no go The jinx is on us And it's low, down deep Damned if you do And damned if you don't Blatant lies Made to be true To keep these fools in power And full of fame And nothing noble here Nothing noble here Nothing noble here Just the sensually insane Disguising themselves in fear To keep us all the same The jinx is on us The little secrets are much bigger and depraved Than anyone wants to know So take off your shirt And dive in the ocean Except this time stay under Hold your breath tight They're looking for you to take out Those they would expend Lackluster and no go The jinx is on us And it is low, down deep, and dirty Blatant lies Made to be true To keep these fools in power Full of fame Nothing noble here Just the sensually insane Disguising themselves in fear To keep us all the same The jinx is on us And it is low, down deep, and so outrageously dirty The fragile bleeding hearts Continuously find ways to keep us apart Their love is a poison dart Thrown to kill what is not agreed upon They see their will being done To keep power To keep even more than they want

Bacatus 05:24
I long for the day The touch of a face So full of love, hope, and faith A passion so pure, so complete A total understanding Son of Man Where are You now Are You returning soon In the clouds where we will meet in the air I long for the day To see Your Kingdom So full of love, hope, and faith A passion so pure, so complete A total understanding

about

You gave us the bands you listened to as teenagers for our own teenage years on Target t-shirts. You gave us houses that housed the debt that makes it impossible to buy houses of our own. You gave us distracted fatherhood and fraught motherhood. You gave us twenty-story offices to squeeze out the last ounce of our ability and trample down the last of our will to strive.

You gave us heart disease and diabetes. You gave us the same restaurant with the same menu in the same parking lot of every town. You gave us platitudes built on prejudice and slogans soured by greed. You have us smooth jazz forever in the background at the grocery store. You gave us all this. We're giving this to you in return.
